Workshop on Digital Manufacturing
Digital Manufacturing is the integrated use of computer-based systems for manufacturing, including simulation,
3D visualization, analytics and collaboration tools. It is an
integral part of Industry 4.0.
This workshop is mainly aimed at local industry participants and will address the basics of Digital Manufacturing, potential benefits to companies, local and international success stories, the techniques used, including hands-on sessions in Simulation & Additive Manufacturing, and provide a platform for solution providers.
This workshop is organized in parallel with POMS 2018 Sri Lanka International Conference (www.poms2018.org) and participants will also be able to attend the conference session on Industry 4.0 on 15th evening and the conference sessions on 16th.
